Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Milo ("Milo", "we", "us"), a service operated by IDML PRODUCTS LIMITED of 483 Green Lanes, London N13 4BS, available at heymilo.co. By subscribing to or using Milo, you agree to these terms.

1. What Milo is

Milo is a subscription library of business document templates, in Arabic and English, for businesses in Lebanon and the wider MENA region. Each template is a starting point you download and adapt, and many ship with an accompanying AI prompt to help you customise them. The Pro plan also includes a limited amount of done-for-you customisation each month, as described at sign-up. We provide the templates and tools; how you use them in your business is up to you.

Important: Milo templates are starting points, not professional advice. The templates, prompts, and any customisation we provide are general-purpose documents and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. Laws, taxes, and business norms vary across Lebanon and the MENA region and change over time. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any template to your own situation, and we strongly recommend you have important documents (such as contracts and compliance filings) checked by a qualified lawyer or accountant before you rely on them. You are solely responsible for your use of the templates and their outcomes. We do not guarantee any particular result.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have authority to enter these terms (including on behalf of any company you represent).

3. Plans, subscriptions, and billing

4. Our 7-day money-back guarantee

If a paid plan is not for you, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that first payment in full and cancel your subscription. This guarantee applies once, to your first payment only. To claim it, email milo@heymilo.co within the 7 days. After the 7 days, payments are non-refundable for the current period because the templates are digital goods delivered immediately, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

5. Pausing

You can pause your subscription at any time by messaging us in the portal or emailing milo@heymilo.co. While paused, you are not charged and you do not have access to the service. When you are ready, message us to resume and billing restarts from that point.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal (Billing tab in your member area) or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the 7-day guarantee applies, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for part-periods.

7. Your licence to use the templates

While your subscription is active, and for templates you downloaded during it, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

This licence does not allow you to:

In short: use them freely for your own work, just do not sell or hand on the templates as templates. You own the specific finished documents you produce; we keep ownership of the underlying templates and prompts.

8. Acceptable use

9. Intellectual property

We own the Milo brand, website, persona, and all templates, prompts, and materials in the library, except for third-party content used under licence. Your rights to the templates are limited to the licence in section 7. You own the information and business details you enter into any document, and the specific completed documents you create for your own business.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
